Małgorzata started as a salesperson in the footwear chain. She now has over 20 years of practical experience in sales and managing large enterprises as a sales manager and an executive. She runs the Warda Consulting Team sales consultancy, training salespeople in how to sell effectively and advising companies from the SME sector on how to increase sales and profitability. Małgorzata completed finance and Executive MBA programs with honours. She is also a graduate of INSEAD management programs.
